Navy Beans

Also known as the Great Northern Bean, the navy bean is grown primarily in North Dakota and Northern Minnesota. Navy beans from Identity Preserved Ingredients are medium in size—one-half-inch long. Used in soups, stews, and casseroles, the navy bean has a delicate and distinctive flavor and can be used as a substitute for any white bean.
